Over 150 entries were received by the closing date of 10th September, 2011.
18 entries were selected for enlargement and display by the Selection Panel.
The selected photographs were on display in the church from mid September to early October. The public were invited to vote for their favourite photographs and over 100 votes were cast. The winner was Matthew Pearce with 'Reflections'. Prints made for display were offered for sale in a 'silent auction', raising over £300 for church funds.
The exhibition and competition proved to be so popular that it will be repeated in 2012.
